Spam n' cheese chowder (yes, I said Spam)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat dutch oven over med-high heat.
  2. Add Spam and onion.
  3. Saute 5 minutes until browned.
  4. Stir in soup, 1 1/2 soup cans of water, then remaining ingredients.
  5. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes to develop flavors.
  6. Garnish with sliced scallions.
