Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients:

  • 500 g beef mince
  • 2 cups water
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 500 g spaghetti

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients into tureen (except pasta) and heat until boiling. Turn heat down to simmer for 40 min.
  2. Cook pasta separately until al dente.
  3. Mix pasta and sauce together
