Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and pit avacados into a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Smash avacado until a majority of the lumps are gone.
  3. Stir in sour cream, garlic, salt, pepper, lime juice, and hot sauce. Mix until well incorporated.
  4. Taste and adjust salt/pepper to your preference.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
  6. When ready to serve, stir in tomatos and cheese. Mix until well incorporated.
  7. Serve with tortilla chips or scoops.
