Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine pork, peaches, onion, thyme, bay leaf, Southern Comfort and oil.
  2. Marinate for 1 hour.
  3. Wrap peach chunks in slices of bacon.
  4. Skewer pork, peaches and onion alternately.
  5. Grill 5 to 10 minutes basting occasionally with marinade.
