Southern Oatmeal Pie

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup uncooked oats , regular
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell ( 9 in).
  2. Bake at 350* for 1 hour.
  3. Serve plain or with whipped cream.
