Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 4 cups of whole and halved walnuts
  • optional: 1/2 cup chocolate sprinkles

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, bring sugar and sour cream to a boil. Boil for 1 minute.
  2. Remove pan from heat and stir in vanilla extract and walnut halves and pieces; stir until coating sets.
  3. Spread on cooking sheet to cool.
  4. * Before the nuts set, you can sprinkle them with chocolate sprinkles or holiday-colored sprinkles of your choice.
