Sour Cream Streusel

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • mix these with a pastry blender till crumbly.
  • to the above mix add
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

Directions:

  1. Beat thoroughly; pour into well buttered 8 x 8 pan.
  2. ADD: 2 finely chopped nuts to crumb mixture, sprinkle over to of streusel.
  3. Bake at 375 degrees or until prettily browned.
