Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion in butter/add garlic. Set aside
  2. Brown chops/ Drain lower heat.
  3. Add onions/garlic, bay leaf and broth
  4. Cook 1 hour
  5. Remove chops
  6. Cook pan juices over high heat until reduced to 1/2.
  7. Lower heat, add sour cream and paprika.
  8. Pour over chops
