Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Whisk egg with milk.
  3. Dip chicken into egg wash and then dredge in the bread crumbs.
  4. Heat oil in skillet
  5. Fry chicken in oil until lightly brown on each side.
  6. Remove from pan and drain on paper towels.
  7. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until tender.
  8. Stir in sour cream and chicken broth.
  9. Place chicken in shallow baking dish.
  10. Season with salt and pepper.
  11. Pour sour cream sauce over chicken.
  12. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  13. Serve over hot rice or egg noodles.
