Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup flour , rounded
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients altogether.
  2. Spoon into muffin tins.
  3. I use the paper muffin cups to make clean up easier.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees until light brown.
