Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cucumbers
  • 1/8 cup pine nuts
  • 2 cups pure water
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. 1. Blend everything except mint for 3 minutes
  2. 2. Add mint blend for 15 seconds
  3. 3. Serve chilled
