Ingredients:
1 1/2 cucumbers
1/2 lemon peeled
1/8 cup pine nuts
2 cups pure water
1/8 cup fresh mint leaves
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tbsp olive oil
Directions:
1. 1. Blend everything except mint for 3 minutes
2. 2. Add mint blend for 15 seconds
3. 3. Serve chilled
