Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut the tofu into cubes and put it on a heatproof plate.
  2. Scatter the spring onion, chilli, corriander and soy sauce over the tofu.
  3. Put the oils into a small saucepan and heat until they are smoking.
  4. Then immediately pour the oils over the tofu.
