Ingredients:

  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 lb stew meat
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) package beef stew seasoning
  • 1 (16 oz) package frozen stewing vegetables
  • 1 quart beef broth

Directions:

  1. Stew:.
  2. Fry stew meat.
  3. Put in pot of boiling beef broth spices and vegetables.
  4. Dumplings:.
  5. Stir ingredients until soft dough forms.
  6. Drop by spoonfuls onto boiling stew.
  7. Reduce heat.
  8. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes.
  9. Cover and cook 10 minutes.
