Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 3 tbsp ice water
  • 2 3/4 cups self-rising flour
  • 1 1/3 cups ground pecans

Directions:

  1. Cream butter and sugar.
  2. Add vanilla and water, then combine with flour and nuts.
  3. Chill for 2 hours.
  4. Roll into small balls placing them on a cookie sheet.
  5. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.
  6. Roll balls in powdered sugar while hot.
