Snow Pea and Napa Cabbage Slaw

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large pot of boiling water, blanch snow peas 15 seconds, strain and transfer to a bowl of ice water to shock. Drain and slice thin. Combine with cabbage, carrot, bell pepper and green onion.
  2. Whisk dressing ingredients together in a small bowl. Pour over vegetables, toss and refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
