Ingredients:

  • 200 g butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda (bicarb soda)
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 1 1/2 cups raisins (or replace some or all with coconut)

Directions:

  1. Cream the butter and sugars.
  2. Add egg, milk and vanilla and mix.
  3. Add sifted dry ingredients.
  4. Roll into balls and cook at 175C (350F) for 10-15mins.
