Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Blend first 3 ingredients; add eggs, mixing till smooth.
  3. Gradually add flour (more flour for easy handling, less flour for better taste).
  4. Blend 2 Tablespoons sugar and cinnamon in a plate or on wax paper.
  5. Roll batter into balls then roll each ball in cinnamon and sugar blend.
  6. Bake 8-10 minutes.
  7. I usually make 4 dozen cookies.
