Smothered Cauliflower

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups thickened tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3/4 cup bread crumbs

Directions:

  1. Cook whole cauliflower until tender.
  2. Season with salt and put head up in baking dish.
  3. Pour tomatoes over and add remaining ingredients in order given.
  4. Bake until cheese is melted and bread crumbs are browned in a moderate oven.
