Smoky Sausage & Potato Supper

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut 1/2 pound sausage into 1 in.
  2. Pieces.
  3. Cut remaining sausage into thirds.
  4. Slice partially through.
  5. Researve for Garnish.
  6. Melt butter in skillet,saute onion 3 minutes or until tender.
  7. In a large mixing bowl, combine sausage, hashbrowns, and onion.
  8. Mix Well.
  9. Add remaining ingredients except 1/2 cup grated cheese.
  10. Spoon into 11 x 7 x 2 baking dish.
  11. Top with sausage thirds.
  12. Sprinkle remaining cheese around border.
  13. Bake in a preheted oven 350 degrees For 30 to 35 minutes.
