Smoked Salmon Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

  • 1 (8 oz) can koho skinless boneless salmon
  • 1/2 tsp liquid smoke
  • 1/2 cup parsley

Directions:

  1. Drain well all liquid from salmon.
  2. In a medium bowl cream cream cheese.
  3. Mix in drained salmon and liquid smoke, mix until well blended.
  4. Place a large piece of plastic wrap on your counter and pour parsley over a 10 x 10 square of the plastic wrap.
  5. Place salmon mix on the parsley and form into a ball.
  6. Refrigerate.
  7. Serve with sliced baguettes or crackers.
