Smart Chicken Lasagna (Outstanding!)

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil lasagna noodles per box instructions.
  2. Meanwhile, saute Ground Smart Chicken until lightly browned; drain.
  3. In separate pan, saute onion and garlic in olive oil; add carrots and celery.
  4. Cover and heat on low until soft; add spinach and continue cooking until wilted.
  5. When finished, combine meat, vegetables, and Marinara Sauce.
  6. Line baking pan with one layer of noodles; spread meat and beggie mixture; add another layer of noodles and add Ricotta cheese. Place last layer of noodles and spread a thin layer of meat, sauce, and veggie mix.
  7. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
