Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray
  2. In a large skillet, saute sausage and onion over medium heat until browned
  3. Drain
  4. Add sauce and seasonings, mix well, reduce heat to low
  5. In a bowl, combine ricotta, parmesan, and 1 cup of mozzarella
  6. Spoon 1/4 of the sausage mixture into the slow cooker, top with noodles, broken to fit
  7. Top with half the cheese mixture
  8. Continue building layers until all ingredients are used
  9. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hours or high 3-4 hours
  10. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella, cover and cook 15 minutes more until cheese is melted
