Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash chops and pat dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper. Heat oil in skillet and fry chops brown on both sides. Put in crockpot. Top with vegetables. Mix marinara with sugar and a little more salt and pepper. Pour over vegetables; don't stir mix. Cover and cook on low 6 hours or until chops are tender. When ready to serve
