Sliced Tomato 'N Bacon Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grease casserole dish with olive oil.
  2. Layer casserole with tomatoes, onions, salt and pepper and cheese.
  3. Mix together bacon and bread crumbs and sprinkle over top.
  4. Drizzle very lightly with olive oil.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
