Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Dump mix in a colander, rinse.
  2. Spin dry.
  3. In a large bowl, whisk together the jalapeno, orange juice concentrate, mustard, sugar and vinegar.
  4. Slowly add the oil, whisking briskly all the time.
  5. Pour over slaw and onion.
  6. Toss well.
  7. Chill at least 20 minutes and then eat.
