Ingredients:

  • for every egg add
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients well so there is no lumps and egg is well beaten.
  2. Get cast iron griddle (10 round griddle/pan works perfect) Hot rub a thin layer of oil/butter to coat pan with a paper towel, pour a thin layer of batter (about 1/4 cup?) while lifting and turn griddle to coat the entire surface.
  3. Turn over when pancake begins to bubble and becomes solid enough to pick up and flip over. Store in warm oven till they're al done, or serve immediatly.
