  1. In a skillet combine oil and salad dressing mix.
  2. Add carrots then cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Add squash and zucchini then cook 5 minutes longer or until all vegetables are tender.
  4. Remove with a slotted spoon to serving dish.
