Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute beef and sausage till cooked, drain fat
  2. Cook pasta in boiling salt water till al dente, drain well
  3. Add onion, pepper, garlic to meat and saute for about 5 minutes
  4. Add sauces & paste and incorprate well
  5. Add seasonings and mix
  6. Add cooked pasta
  7. Top with spoonfuls of ricotta (mix in if you wish),
  8. Top with Mozzerella cheese and parmesan
  9. Cook till cheeses are melted
  10. Note: add water after pasta if it looks too thick about (1 to 1-1/4 cups)
