Skillet Fried Corn

  1. Just melt the butter in a skillet and add the onions, after about 5 minutes dump in both cans of corn, salt and pepper and chili powder. Let that fry for about 10 minutes and then add your sour cream, stir well and continue on medium heat for about 20 minutes, give a good stir and serve.
