Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Allow chicken to cool completely.
  2. Combine salt and garlic.
  3. Mix salt and garlic combination with olive oil and lemon juice.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine chicken, parsley and green onion.
  5. Stir in the olive oil concoction.
  6. Cut pita bread loaves in half.
  7. Fill each half with chicken salad.
