Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven 300 degrees.
  2. Mix sour cream,cheese,eggs,chicken broth,salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in hashbrowns and green onion.
  4. Pour into greased casserole sprinkle with 2 tablespoons melted butter and 1/3 cup bread crumbs.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes.
