Ingredients:

  • 250 g pork ribs , cut in 3cmx4cm size (250g)

Directions:

  1. Heat pan/wok.
  2. Add oil.
  3. Add chopped garlic.
  4. Add pork.
  5. Add BBQ sauce.
  6. Add half cup water, reduce heat, cover up and cook for about 15 minutes.
  7. It will be done when water is gone, you will see extra oil (clear) in wok, and the pork looks like below pic :).
