Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup salsa

Directions:

  1. Spread the package of cream cheese on the bottom of a square 8x8 pan. Pour the salsa over that. Feel free to add layers of anything else you enjoy, olives, jalepinos, red peppers, etc. Then top it all by sprinkling the cheese on top. Cover and bake at 350 for 15 minutes covered. Then uncover and bake an additional 10 minutes, or until cheese is starting to brown and bublle. Let it cool a few minutes before eating. I have burned my toungue many times on the hot salsa being too impatient to dig in! Dip tortilla chips in it or even pita chips!
