Ingredients:

  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 1 container herb -and- garlic cream cheese

Directions:

  1. Core and drain tomatoes.
  2. Fill with cream cheese. You can use full-fat or low-fat.
  3. Before serving, squeeze each tomato a little bit to make the filling ooze out the top a bit.
