Cook pasta in large pot of water exactly as directed on box (don't overcook!). Place half black pepper and Italian Seasoning in water after it boils, with a tablespoon of the oil. When pasta is finished cooking remove from pan and drain in colander. As pasta is draining, heat up half remaining oil in same pot as pasta was cooked at medium heat (takes about 2 minutes). Add remaining pepper to oil. Return pasta to pot. Add remaining oil. Toss pasta every 20 seconds for 2 minutes. Serve warm, covered with shaved Parmesan cheese.
