Simple Maple Syrup

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2-1 tsp maple extract (or imitation maple flavor)

Directions:

  1. Combine sugars in a medium sized pot and add one cup of water.
  2. Bring to a boil on medium heat stirring constantly.
  3. Let boil for three minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and add 1/2- 1 tsp maple extract (to taste).
  5. Serve warm.
