Simple Cabbage and Potato Bake

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Boil chopped cabbage for 2 minutes and then drain.
  2. In a baking dish add cabbage, potatoes, chicken stock and salt and pepper.
  3. Place three strips of bacon over top.
  4. Bake on 350 for 45 minutes.
  5. Discard bacon before serving.
