Shrimp Tapas And Calabrese Sausage

Ingredients:

  • 16 small raw shrimp
  • 16 really thin slices of calabrese sausage or chorizo
  • 1 tb spoon of olive oil
  • for the salsa
  • 1 small tomato diced
  • 1 small pod of garlic thinly diced
  • 1 tb spoon of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tb spoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp of xeres vinegar, normal vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. 1. Put the chorizo in alternation with the shrimps on 4 small skewers. Cook in olive oil until the shrimps are well done.
  2. 2. Mix all the salsa ingredients in a bowl and softly dispose them in small glasses. Insert the skewers vertically in the glasses. Serve after, do not wait and leave them in the fridge !
