Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute onion, pepper, & garlic in 6 tablespoons butter.
  2. Add the basil, chives, & parsley.
  3. Add tomatoes & shrimp to this mixture after removing from heat.
  4. In a large bowl, beat eggs & mayonnaise.
  5. Add the first mixture to this, then fold in cheeses.
  6. Top with bread crumbs & 4 tablespoons butter & sprinkle with paprika.
  7. Bake at 350F for 20 minutes until bubbly.
