Ingredients:

  • 2 lbs chicken pieces
  • 1 cup shoyu
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp garlic
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp honey

Directions:

  1. Combine everything but the chicken and stir until sugar is dissolved.
  2. Once sugar is dissolved, add chicken and put in hot pot on stove.
  3. Cook for one hour, stirring occasionally.
  4. Serve over rice with vegetable side (corn niblets best).
