Shitake Mushrooms With Oats

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cover the mushrooms with the boiling bouillon and allow to soak at least 10 minutes.
  2. Drain the soaking liquid into a pot and bring it to a boil.
  3. Stir in the onions, celery, garlic and seasonings and simmer 5 minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, remove the mushroom stems and cut the caps into quarters.
  5. Add to the pot and cook 5 - 10 minutes more, or until most of the liquid is evaporated.
  6. Stir in the whole grains and cilantro.
  7. Serve and enjoy.
