Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees (f).
  2. Spray 4 ramekins (small baking dishes) with cooking spray.
  3. Break 2 eggs into each ramekin, being careful not to break the yolks (don't panic if you do, they'll still taste good).
  4. Pour 2 tbls half & half over eggs in each dish.
  5. Dot each dish with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper as desired.
  6. Place dishes in larger baking pan; pour warm water around dishes, about 1 deep.
  7. Bake 8 minutes for soft cooked eggs, 12 for hard cooked.
  8. Serve with toast for dipping.
