Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine butter and flour in small saucepan over low heat, blending until smooth.
  2. Stir in sugar.
  3. Slowly add sherry, stirring constantly, until thickened.
  4. Combine the sauce with the drained fruits in a 2-quart casserole.
  5. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
