Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1/4 cups milk , 1
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Start boiling potatoes.
  2. Brown beef & onion
  3. Mash potatoes
  4. Add peas & corn to beef
  5. Toss into a baking dish
  6. Top with mashed and cook in oven for 15 - 20 min at 400.
