Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bake potatoes in the microwave.
  2. Scoop out the potato, throwing out the skins.
  3. In a nonstick skillet, brown ground meat, then drain.
  4. Add sloppy joe mix, tomato sauce, vegetables, and water to beef.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. In a medium bowl, mash potatoes with milk, butter, and salt.
  7. Stir corn into potatoes.
  8. Spread potatoes on top of meat mixture in skillet and serve.
