Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and cut the potatoes into 2 chunks.
  2. Put them in a pot and cover with water, bring to a boil.
  3. Boil the potatoes for 10 minutes, drain.
  4. Mash the potatoes and add 2 T butter and the milk. Add the milk a bit at a time until the potatoes are mashed (not whipped).
  5. Brown the ground beef in a skillet with the chopped onion.
  6. Drain the beef and add the BBQ sauce, salad dressing, chili powder, salt, pepper, beans and corn. This mix should be saucy, but NOT runny.
  7. Grease the bottom of a 9 x 13 glass pan.
  8. Put the hamburger mixture in the pan and spread it out.
  9. Top the hamburger mixture with the mashed potatoes. (You can stop here and refrigerate if you are making this ahead of time).
  10. Cook at 350 for 30 minutes.
  11. Put the shredded cheese on top and sprinkle with paprika.
  12. Cook for another 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted.
