Seared Wild  Salmon in Saffron Sauce

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Salt and pepper salmon
  2. Heat up saute pan to med high heat
  3. Note make sure to use pan with no melting attachments
  4. Pre heat oven 400°F.
  5. Add oil to pan
  6. Then place fish sear till 1/4 of the side is cooked
  7. Flip over and place in the over 6 min
  8. For the sauce
  9. In a small sauce pot add wine, shallots bay leaf and pinch of saffron
  10. Reduce till almost dry discard bay leaf
  11. Add heavy cream, stir and reduce til slightly thick
  12. Salt and pepper to taste.
