frozen puff pastry sheet, thawed, prepared basil pesto, cooked spinach, chopped (you can use 1/2 package of frozen spinach, well drained), roasted red pepper, drained and finely chopped, parmesan cheese, sliced prosciutto, egg, beaten

phyllo dough sheets (1 packet usually has 40)or u can make at home, fresh or frozen spinach or fresh clean spinach, white cheese or feta, big onion chopped sauted with butter, eggs, milk, olive oil (i prefer , but others can be used too), butter, salt, black pepper, crushed red pepper (optional), active dry yeast, white sugar, warm water (110 degrees f/45 degrees cup), yogurt, flour, salt
