Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 tsp bay leaf powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp paprika

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients, mixing well.
  2. Store in air-tight container.
  3. Sprinkle on seafood or chicken before grilling.
